Rattlesnake Nightclub is located in a surf town and not in an entertainment precinct like Surfer’s Paradise. Because of this we have made many concessions with our dress code to allow for a more casual look in our club. However we are still a Nightclub regardless of our location and proximity to beaches. Our dress code requirements directly reflect the fact that we differ from a local pub, Surf Club or Sports Bar / Gaming Lounge. We take a huge amount of pride in our venue and we ask that our patrons do the same by respecting our dress standards and wearing nightlife attire.

 

1. For safety reasons footwear must have a sturdy thick sole ie: No thongs. Footwear must also be presentable. Heavily worn out or tattered shoes will not be allowed. Shirts must be clean, presentable and night time appropriate.

 

2. No muscle shirts, no ripped, stained or worn out T-shirts and no hi vis / work shirts or club jersey’s.

 

3. Shorts are allowed but must be of a reasonable quality, appearance and in a presentable condition. Absolutely no board shorts, football shorts or gym / fitness shorts.

 

Dress code is up to the discretion of our door staff and security. If you feel you’ve been unfairly treated or discriminated against we urge you to contact us during business hours so we can assess your complaint and take the appropriate action.
